CRS version shipped

CRS release cycle has been changed into frequent (monthly) releases and sporadic LTS ones.
This Issue is meant to track what we are going to do with the CRS provided directly embedded into the wasm module.
Current idea is to:

• Update the CRS version until a v4.x version is marked as LTS
• Document (possibly also taking advantage of https://github.com/corazawaf/coraza-coreruleset) how to embed a specific CRS version
• When the first v4.x LTS version will be out provide two binaries
  • LTS CRS
  • latest CRS
