We have loose plans to make this tool manage legacy sites. If we want to do that, we may want a minimum PHP version of PHP 5.3 and lowering it in the future is going to be hard.
Do we want to support PHP 5.3, or should we just support the maximum legacy version, which is PHP 5.6?
