URL Parameters and Modes

CODAP makes use of a number of URL parameters to cause actions to take place or to enter certain modes.
- componentMode -- is used to present a CODAP component in an IFrame in an HTML document.
- guideIndex -- is used to select a Guide section when opening CODAP with a document.
- inbounds -— is used to make sure that all components are kept within page bounds
- url -- is used to open a CODAP Document or CSV file from an arbitrary web location.
