Integrating chapter activity reports w the calendar

We want to have HKN members submit more chapter activity reports, in part to strengthen the relationship between our chapter and nationals. Not sure how this would be done/mandated, but at the very least we can make sure they're as accessible as possible (perhaps with a little 'help' section or something describing what to write, with example).

Other ideas: Officers submit activity reports directly.
TBP site: After ending an event, event creator gets a ping to go to the website and fill out the form.

Bigger Idea: CSec pulls from prot and officers add all the details to the prot event page. This allows recurring events to add onto each other.
