Display coupon expired message when selecting a payment method

Description

The checkout should display the coupon expired error if the coupon added to the order has expired.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an order
2. Add a coupon
3. Set an expiry date in the past
4. Try to complete the checkout flow

Expected Result

The expected result was to see a coupon expired error that helps the customer to remove it from the order

Actual Results

The actual result was the checkout stuck during payment method selection
