Use https://github.com/collective/transmogrify.command to get reStructuredText to start with where necessary.

Dylan created us a script which used pandoc to produce .rst from p.org HTML. There is still a lot of hand clean-up. Especially theme reference is quite long. I started to clean it up, but cannot complete it in one day.

Is there any kind of automated clean up we can add to the transmogrified pipeline?

It's mostly recreating index.rst, intra-doc links and image links by hand. But I think we have just one manual left, so there is no need to spend effort to optimize transmogrifier in this context. Instead, let's just drink some cola and spend brainless moments to cleanin up .rst.

Weird. I would have thought the image links would have worked
