Create a class (PasswordGenerator), that will be able to generate safe password with given length and level of complexity

Test it with parametrized tests to check if password was generated with particular elements of safety password.

rules for safe password:

-at least 8 characters
-at least 1 uppercase letter
-at least 1 lowercase letter
-at least 1 number
-at least 1 special character
