Environment

  • Chrome 33.0.1750.152
  • Mac OS X 10.9.2

Steps

  1. Go to http://2013.codeforamerica.org/
  2. Scroll down to the Highlights / Human Services section
  3. Screen transitions background color, but switches back to white (leaving white text on white background)
