Currently, accepting the legal terms of using this platform and the housing conditions is done by the user clicking on Continue in the Request and Offer forms. We need a more legally binding option, the possibility that the user signs on the screen.

The flow should be as follows.

  • as a user I go to Offer housing
  • I read the Terms and conditions section.
  • I click on the Sign and continue button
  • a modal pops and i can sign inside that modal
  • i click save and i move to the next step.

The signature should be stored and displayed in my profile visible to both the admin and myself as a Host.

@idormenco do not merge it please. there is still debate over the legal framework, we will not have this on initial release. will be an enhancement once it is regulated.

@overeha @gheorghelupu17 I think this one is pretty important. We should consider investigating the thing.
