A user has flagged that the hyphen is included in all standard password managers as a special character, and that it is missing currently. I have also seen that the Hash is missing as well. Copy paste of the support request shared:
_Ran into an issue with the password requirements. It appears the list of special characters is a complete list of acceptable characters, which does not include the hyphen.
The hyphen is used by Safari (and I presume other browsers) when generating passwords for password management. The built-in password management system is not as robust as other systems where I could possibly configure special rules for this site. Even if that were a possibility, from a generic user perspective, I just want to use the defaults and have it work - as it does on most every other site asking for a password.
This is only the second site (of around 50 I use) that limits which special characters can be used - specifically excluding the hyphen, which means I have to use a site to generate the password, come back, tell Safari not to use the generated password, paste in the password I had generated, which then gets saved in the built-in password manager._
