Cobudget is not available on Cloudron

Cloudron is totally awesome. Makes it so easy to run open web apps!

But I think we can all agree it would be way more awesome if Cobudget were available to install there too!

Anyone up for making this happen? I'm sure the wonderful people at Cloudron would be up for helping out if so (and from what I can gather given you already use Docker it shouldn't be too hard)

I don't have time to do the work, but as I maintain the current cobudget installation, I can share a bit about the current runtime - if anyone are up for doing the actual work.
