As a developer I know if the new transaction history feature makes sense to admins

Solicit input from the admins of a few groups to see what their feedback is.

• ask derek for suggestions of groups
• coordinate with customer dev team regarding who would be best to contact those groups
• contact the groups.

Active groups that would be good to chat with:

• YIP (Mischa)
• Enspiral Foundation (Malcolm, Susan)
• POC21 (Mix?)
• Open Food Network
• Outlandish
• Ouishare (could talk to a different admin than Fran?)

This thing keeps getting sweeter! Here’s a few (post edit: it was a “few” when I started) thoughts popping up as I explore:

• In Foundation, there’s two allocations on 27-Mar-17 (yah, the date!). Both for JV one +100 one -100. I don’t know what that means and I feel like I want to either be able to see some more info or click on something some where to see where that money went.
• “Allocation” is green so I’m tempted to click on it coz it almost seems like a hyperlink colour. But its not a hyperlink. Oh, ten mins later I find a Payout in red, I see what the colours mean now. Thats only intuitive with the matching red and green colours
• It’s great being able to quickly click through ten txns at a time and, I’m worried about what I’d have to do to see page 930…? If we had 20 txn’s per page that’d be only 465 pages… But, to be honest I’d be happy to see a much longer list, say, 100 txns. Or, a drop down asking me how many txn’s per page. 10,50,100 etc
• I like the little black circle “i” that’s handy. Only thing is it doesn’t activate by hovering over it until you’ve clicked on the screen and then move the mouse and rehover over it. My pref would be to either be able to click straight on it to get the tip or be able to hover over it without clicking.
• We use the txn history as an audit trail so ideally there’d be a admin user name tagged against each txn so we can see who initiated it. eg. If I uploaded an allocation and then I saw another allocation for the same user, did I do both of those or was it a different admin. That would be great to know. (And down that line… perhaps I might want to know time…? Not sure about that).
• Extra for experts Get cobudget funded - full time team #1… Would be handy to be able to reverse one of those txn’s. One day we accidentally uploaded the wrong amounts so we then had to upload negative amounts to the same accounts to correct them. But if we could just reverse the errors that’d be easier.
• Extra for experts As the Scrum Master, I want to have an alternative to Trello that supports all of the Agile Scrum concepts #2 Being able to filter to only see payout’s would be rad. I see, you can sort by Type but with 930 pages that doesn’t work to reverse sort…
• Efe As a user, I want to know who made the most $ this month. So that I can allocate my $ to the project they have put their money into. (Game - Follow the Leader) #3 We be even cooler to be able to export a list of txns. Nice to have for tracking down problems but I don’t think we’ve actually needed something like that yet.

Tangent alert!! Would be sooo good to be able to see where funders money is currently allocated. eg. Joe Bloggs has 0 funds under “Funders” page but has $500 allocated to an active budget. Joe Bloggs leaves the org, they have 0 funds so we delete their account and oh, oops. $500 disappears from the active bucket!

And side note, is there anything I can do to move along the process to get all Foundation’s archived buckets “paid"…? I’d love to see our balance looking more realistic than the current $71,530! 😄
