If we introduce the Bucket Responsible as a new role (see #127), is it the bucket proposer or the bucket responsible that set's the category.

Several design questions here:

  • Should categories be predefined or free text?
  • If predefined we should make user story for that as well.
  • We also need a user story that uses this information - making a "category sums" report.
