Austin, the president of bicycal, e-mailed a month ago letting me know that he had an emergency and will not be in the area, so the workshop was cancelled. Recently, I e-mailed him to ask him about the possibility of still having the workshop before the end of May.

yo i'm working with Bicycal again and i we're going to get a workshop planned for beginning of Spring 2016! weee!
