Description

After installing libnginx-mod-http-lua, the module (.so file) is not created, only the docs as shown below.

This happens on Debian 12 and Ubuntu 24.04 both.

/etc/nginx/modules-enabled/50-mod-http-lua.conf.removed
/usr/share/doc/libnginx-mod-http-lua
/usr/share/doc/libnginx-mod-http-lua/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/doc/libnginx-mod-http-lua/copyright
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libnginx-mod-http-lua.list
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libnginx-mod-http-lua.md5sums

How to reproduce

  1. Install cloudpanel
  2. install libnginx-mod-http-lua

@cloudpanel-io Ubuntu 24.04 already has a working Lua module, can't we just use that with the CLP repo?

You cannot copy the lua module from 24.04 and use it? When we have time, we can check why the lua module isn't compiled properly.
