UAA target should use root context path

uaa target http://localhost:8080/uaa/ fails with:

Content-Length: 0



The target http://localhost:8080/uaa/ could not be set.

It appears that the uaa-cli is not using the root context /uaa when calling the /info endpoint.

same error, i think can change uaa-cli config file to fix it, but i cant find config file.

update:

i found config.json in /root/.uaa, but change it cant fix it
