Users with root / admin right are not able to see records entered by operator users in the data entry forms

@Patowhiz : Can you please investigate why the user with climsoft admin / root privilege are not able to see data entered by operator users in the data entry forms but when clicking on the view button on the form, data exist in the data view table?. In real operation,users with admin / root privilege should be able to see data entered by all users in the forms and when selecting the view button all data should be available in the form table.
