Snap as an action (more precisely, as a temp action; see #165) has the following behavior:

Line --> snapped line
Rect --> square
Ellipse --> circle

As alluded to in #6 (comment), can this be generalized?

Free draw (pen) --> free, unsnapped line
Eraser to laser??
LaTeX/text to a different default size or color?
Plenty of other things I can't think of just yet

In particular, that comment is equvalent to the first of these suggestions

(My idea is to keep it as the same "temp action," but creating a distinct one is fine; i just don't see the purpose)
