Need to activate and deactivate multiple times to connect after restart #260

The driver has installed correctly and can connect to my WIFI. However when I restart my computer it doesn't automatically connect (although it can scan and find all potential wifi networks) and I have to activate and deactivate my connection (in nmtui) multiple times before it finally connects.

Is there any way to fix this or to at least debug the issue?

Device:
TP-Link Archer T3U Plus
Kernel:
Ubuntu 18.04.6
