Broken link for example data

I've been trying to run some of the examples but it looks like some of the data is no longer available from the links provided in the example .yml files.

For example, the link here no longer seems to work:

Dunetoe: 'http://opendap.deltares.nl/thredds/dodsC/opendap/rijkswaterstaat/DuneFoot/DF_2nd_deriv.nc'

I've been able to download the transect.nc file from https://opendap.deltares.nl/thredds/fileServer/opendap/rijkswaterstaat/jarkus/profiles/transect.nc

But when the script attempts to download the DF_2nd_deriv.nc file using the link in the above .yml file, we get

Unable to open netcdf file containing dunetoes dataset - check url under data locations - Dunetoe in jarkus.yml file

and a subsequent error.

Is there an alternate source for the DF_2nd_deriv.nc data?

Thanks for reaching out! You can find the data through this link: https://opendap.deltares.nl/thredds/catalog/opendap/rijkswaterstaat/DuneFoot/catalog.html. I hope that solves the issue.

I'm leaving this issue open so that I can alter the link in the .yml files when I have more time.

For my own administration: the dune foot file in the deltares repository no longer contains the dune foot calculated based on the 2nd derivative method. I will need to find another location where this is stored, or include the code to calculate the dune foot with the 2nd derivative in the JAT itself. An older version of the 2nd derivative dune foot file can be found here: https://data.4tu.nl/articles/_/12675773/1, but this only contains the transects until approx. 2018.
