Wine 32 bit not working

I have a 64 bit android phone, it runs wine 64 fine but the wine 32 is not running, anything I can do to fix it?

FYI:
Do not forget that you need "separate wine prefixes", i.e. the prefix issue is the common and usual culprit there..
