event widget on 1-column needs auto feed into the featured like the blog widget. #464

I noticed we never updated the event widget. I would think it needs to act more like the blog widget which includes these changes

create the autofeed into the feature if no url is supplied
change the design (maybe Wai can give it a refresh like blogs.
