On the Student Blog, students who submit a blog post through the general form are reporting an error bug

It was reported that students on campus who submit events through this form: https://blogs.chapman.edu/students/post/ are getting and error message like the attached images.

It happens when they "Submit Story" and I had a student test on chrome and firefox on a Mac and PC. I test myself with both my student and staff emails and it worked, though.

Here is a direct email from the student:

Hi Ross,

I'm Lotus, the Marketing Director for University Program Board. I was having problems with submitting my event posts. I had tried Firefox and Chrome on a Mac and PC- both weren't working. I just tried Internet Explorer on a PC and it works- it just takes awhile (a few minutes) after hitting "submit" to process the blog and move onto the confirmation window.

I also can't add an end time to my event posts. I included a screenshot of what I get when I click "end time" in this email.
