"Not running" when running, what the freq?!

Certain routes show "not running" for frequencies when in fact they are running. ;)

These were reported by Akshay Marathe last Sunday, 20 Jan.

At 14.36 on Thu 7.2.2013 this said not running, then at 14.39 it was running again:

At 15.50 on Sat 9.2.2013 this said not running though I believe it is:
http://dev.chalobest.in/route/6290/

Still trying to isolate and test for why and how this happens.

Have commited #156 which tackles this.. Some routes like 6290 do not have entry in Uniqueroute...
