Consider integration of https://github.com/certnanny/KeyNanny in CertNanny.

Support reading of sensitive information (keystore passphrase) from KeyNanny. This is already possible via Perl closures, but it would be nice to have a native interface to KeyNanny.
Consider integration of KeyNanny in the CertNanny packages. I consider this a major benefit, as the two project complement each other very well. This may mean removal of packaging code in KeyNanny.
