No Key Archival for Windows Keystore yet

If a certificate is renewed for a Windows Keystore, the old key and certificate have to be deleted, because the capi engine cannot work with two certificates that have the same subject in the same store location.

Solution to this might be to create a specific backup location where old certificates are moved. Certutil can be used for this.
