Yes, there is need to display multiple foreground bars at the same time and without height variation, it is impossible to tell the difference. This issue is not the same as overlapping of the same type - that one we would recommend to use a specific overlap pattern which is going through HF testing now.

Ability for teams to define the height of the bar with a minimum of 10px.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We've discussed color and rounded corners, but those are not as accessible.
