I don't want to encourage people spamming boards to test whether they're working, so I'm considering as a policy leaving boards with broken posting on the list until they meet the inactivity threshold of less than 12 posts in the past year. Some of these places will fix their posting anyway, and I don't see any urgent need to remove them. Thoughts?

Some of these can be checked without actually posting (e.g. trying to make an empty post and getting the wrong error message), so my thinking right now is remove those and leave the rest.
