Submit experiment in a new tab

Description

When creating experiments, after selecting a number of experiments, I would like to be able to submit the experiment to open in a new tab or window (using Ctrl+Click / Cmd+Click). Similarly to how it is possible to submit a new test in a new tab or window.

Steps to reproduce

• On the experiments page (/experiments), select one or more experiments by clicking the checkbox.
• Scroll to the bottom and Cmd+Click / Ctrl+Click on Re-Run Test with Experiments
• The test opens in a new tab as expected, however the UI on the current tab (/experiments) is not 100% functional. Specifically, the selected experiments cannot be unchecked. (see attached image)

Thanks @kevinfarrugia that's an interesting one! I'll take a look. I think the issue here is that we sort actual inputs into the sort "cart" for submit so that the order is submitted as expected. May need a post submit cleanup that we didn't plan for :)
