Repeat View: Test Data Missing on v210730.181143

I had used the following scripts to set up my server and agent and everything was working fine, until 7/7/2021
Server - https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/wptserver-install
Agent - https://github.com/WPO-Foundation/wptagent-install

Starting 7/7, we are no longer getting back data for Repeat View (although we are setting that in our test configuration). Attached report of the same.

Follow up question -
I noticed that the landing page of the public offering is different from that on my private instance, which makes me wonder if installing an update will help fix this issue.
Now, I vaguely recall a crontab entry being added as a part of the install that would check for updates routinely - I don't think this is happening because my private instance agents are still running version 210730.181143
