How to deal with the Item folder

As you know, I was able to make the recipe folder a lot more functional.

The Item folder is still in a terrible state. There are a ton of obsolete items still sitting in there and the way the items are saved doesn't make any sense. So we should work on a revamp of the whole folder (I would do it in Germany), but we need a clear system.

Option 1: alphabetical. We have all items in different files depending on the first letter of their id. That can lead to some problems especially, when follow up items have another name.

By their category, for example, food, other, s.parts. That would make searching a lot easier, but files will be quite big.

I would really appreciate an answer. Especially from @chaosvolt @scarf005 @Firestorm01X2 @Coolthulhu @Kenan2000 and others, of course.
