Search bar usability

Searching for frameworks or profiles in the profile and framework explorers can be improved. The list of frameworks or profiles only populates via autopopulate. I believe this will confuse users because if you attempt to click on the search icon, it closes the autopopulated list of frameworks. Most people (I believe) will instinctively type something into the search bar and click the search icon, which gets rid of the list, as if they have already selected their desired object

We also prevent the possibility of showing an error message detailing, "that there are no frameworks that match your search" if we handle the search this way. Or at least don't have that at the moment.
