Currently, there is no way for a user to link via URL to a competency framework 'page' in the viewer. For example, a teacher wants to include a link to a particular competency framework in a syllabus...no can do...can't even browser bookmark.
Next, we should discover the requirements that CE would want so that CE customers can display or permalink competency frameworks that are stored in the CER.
We can also explore enabling a permalink button within the CE Viewer/Editor parent page.
In addition, if the originator wants to iframe their framework in some external location:
We can iframe in the cass editor in a 'view' mode.
We can iframe in the "Framework Explorer", which is quite a bit more attractive, but would require customizations for the CTDL-ASN properties.

In the CE viewer we can link to a particular credential description because they have a viewer-page URL (https://credentialengine.org/publisher/credential/6).
