Casper Signer | Extension's window size is not restored after it was enlarged due to long list of connected sites #317

Pre-condition:
11 or more websites connected to Casper Signer extension

Steps to reproduce:

Open Casper Signer extension
Observe extension's window default size
Unlock the vault
Navigate to 'Menu' -> 'Connected sites'
Observe that extension's window size got bigger
Lock the vault

Expected result: Extension's window size is restored
Actual result: Extension's window size is not restored. UI elements are misaligned.
