Remove Cilium from microk8s addons repository #243

The Cilium addon in this repository is out-of-date and no longer maintained, and doesn't support some obvious deployment cases like multi-node microk8s environments. The version being installed by the scripts in this repository is v1.13.x which reached end-of-life in July 2024. I propose that the addon be removed.
