Hello,

Do you have a paper or DOI that I can use to cite Feature Viewer?

Otherwise, would a link to this repo be sufficient?

Many thanks,

Hello Harry,

We did plan to write an application note about this feature-viewer but we ran out of time lately with other projects. I also wanted to first resolve some of the issues still opened.

For the time being, we have created a DOI that you can use :
DOI

Thank you for using the feature-viewer,
Could you give us a link to your paper/project once published ? :)

Cheers,

Mat

Hi Mat,

That's great, thank you! We will cite with your DOI :)

We've got a "beta" deployment of what we're doing before we publish it, it's an interface for exploring cancer mutation data in protein structure http://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic3d/ there's still lots to iron out, but at its core you can find mutations in the Feature Viewer, and click to visualise them on the structure :)
