Research goal for the week of July 10th is focused on understanding edge cases for disabilities and how non-transit agencies approach benefits for disabled persons.

Example Questions

  • What are the edge cases for disability?

  • Do these edge cases create bottlenecks? Are there too many to account for digitally? How many paths

  • How does paratransit work on average for California agencies?

  • Are there non-transit agencies we can work with to provide services?

  • Deliverable: Additional section to Google doc of research

  • Deliverable: scheduled interview time with Santa Barbara

  • Deliverable: scheduled interview time with MST
