Hi I exactly followed the réadme, using the example project, but still:

When trying to run python manage.py syncdb , I get the following error:

ImportError: No module named example_project.settings.local

Any hints?

Hello vectorien,

Please confirm that there is a copy of:

django-timepiece > example_project > settings > local.py.example

renamed to local.py?

@vectorien: I set up a new virtualenv with the cloned repo and ran across the error you see if I neglected to add the cloned repo to the virtualenv:

Can you verify that you performed Step 2 in the Installation Documentation?

is it not possible to do it without a virtualenv?
