disable notifications
change keyboard shortcuts (is this possible?)
hostname based ignore lists for cleanup - i.e. don't close "https://github.com"?
enable/disable pinned tab closing?
enable closing of priveliged tabs (but due to security limitations, they can't be re-opened by the extension code)
