We have download mRNAseq for Lung Adenocarcinoma (TCGA, PanCancer Atlas)(https://www.cbioportal.org/study (id=luad_tcga_pan_can_atlas_2018)
but can't find gene of interests such as darc gene (ACKR1) even though OncoPrint data mining using cBioportal.org show 2% ACKR1 (9 patients) has higher mRNAseq alteration.
