View Approved - Note whether we have public address

The "View Approved" screen currently shows everyone who has been approved, whether they have added us as an issuer or not.

It would be helpful to know which of these people have been approve and have shared their public address with us. This might just need the addition of a "Public Address" column, similar to the "Approve" screen.
