The tkg kernel/patches are aimed at better performance with several patches pulled from the already recommended clear linux project.
I haven't seen any benchmarks for minecraft specifically but it does seem to outperform most other common kernels in gaming. https://old.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/utfazn/results_for_the_kernel_benchmarks_in_gaming/
