We need to addd several cases into https://github.com/brave/qa-resources/blob/master/wikitemplate-android.md to ensure that remote debugging via DevTools using Brave is working correctly.

For desktop at least, I believe this is disabled (I asked for verification in brave/brave-browser#5640 (comment))
