Overlapping of Delete button with Search Icon

Description

In the history page brave://history/, when the width of window is under 1000px, the Delete button and the search icon are overlapping.

Steps to reproduce

1. Reduce the width of window under 1000px
2. Go to history page, brave://history/
3. Select at-least one history item (check at-least one item checkbox)
4. Notice the overlapping of search icon and delete button at the top right

This is how it should look (attached image where width = 1440px)
