docs: remade the clion.md page.

This PR completely changes the entire clion.md page, making it much shorter and better. Previously, it used to cover how to download source material (basically a repeat of cmake.md), which is just not needed. Now, the page makes the assumption that you've already setup CMake (from either source or precompiled binaries) and it just shows how to build the bot from CLion. Of course, this now means we can delete two images as they are no longer required.

This PR should not merge until #872 is merged. It relies on the fact that cmake.md will no longer cover how to build from source, but rather precompiled binaries (release build).

Documentation change checklist

• My documentation changes follow the same style as the rest of the documentation and any examples follow the coding style guide.
