Currently AnnData files expected to located at $USER_HOME$/tdt_datasets. Matrix files should be automatically downloaded from the CellxGene on load_data.
If we want to generate hash IDs using cell ids from AnnData file, data loading will be very slow (it will wait for the download operation).
