To start you will need to download the latest .NET Core 2.1 SDK
You will need to go and download the latest version of Node.JS v10.1
You will need to install the latest angular cli by running npm install -g @angular/cli
you will need to cd into Golf.Web/src and run ng build --prod
Open Visual Studio restore latest packages
debug Golf.Web
