Netlify: track the commit of the documentation content repository that triggers the deploy

Currently, we only let pass the component name and branch when triggering a rebuild of the documentation.
To better audit changes, we could let pass the commit sha as well. See also #275.

Notes:

• consider Remove duplications in the GH workflows: surge preview in the documentation content repositories #270 prior implementing this change in all repositories and branches
• the branch property of the repository_dispatch is hard coded, but could be retrieved from the context
• may be handled after or during Limit maintenance in the push-content.yml workflow of documentation content repositories #472
