[PGM] Cloning github.com/PGMDev/Maps on the default branch... (this may take a while)

this thing takes useless time.

Current workaround is to clone an empty repo:

repositories:
    - uri: "https://github.com/sarcasticadmin/empty-repo"
      path: "/tmp/empty"

config-pgm should already download the latest PGM from https://pkg.ashcon.app/PGM.

Oh right. I'll adapt the PGM configuration then.
