I am trying to run torquebox 4 application server for JRuby through Bluepill. I get NotImplementedError: fork is not available on this platform error on bluepill load development.pill --no-privileged

JRuby version - 1.7.18
Torquebox version - 4.0.0.alpha1
Bluepill version - 0.0.69
